I receive the item but I am not happy with it
This it is a made to order product and regarding to the law you can't return it, however, we do trust our products quality so much and we offer a 48 hrs time frame to contact us and request a fully refund if you don't like the product.
My parcel was lost in post
If you didn't receive your parcel in 7 days since was dispatched, contact us and we will send another one on our cost
Can you do a custom design?
Yes. We usually don't charge extra for custom designs. You can contact us before placing the order or just leave a detailed comment with what you want and we will contact you.
Can I choose different spacer?
Yes. There is no limit. Feel free to leave a comment in the order, with what you want, and we will do so. We did: aliens, hawks, onions, mushrooms....
My engraving text is quite long, will it fit?
Most likely YES. If not, we will contact you and we will make it work together.
Do I have to engrave dog name?
No, it is not necessarily. Our samples are just suggestions but you can replace the text regarding to your need.
Can I change my engraving details?
Yes. As long it was not dispatched, contact us and we will update the order with the new details
Can I use the tag as a key chain?
Yes. Many of our customers are using them as keychain, luggage tag, care key tag.
What does it mean Lifetime Guarantee?
At any time, you can contact us and we will send another one if:
- THE ENGRAVING FADES and became unreadable
- THE TAG ITSELF BREAKES, BENDS, CRACKS or any other structural damage
- ANY OF THE PARTS start to rust
Lifetime Guarantee does not cover:
- links, carabiners or splitting
- paint
- when the tag is lost
Will the engraving fade in time, as it happen in the past with similar products?
Absolutely NOT. We offer the deepest engraving in the market, basically impossible to fade in time or to became unreadable
What does it mean HEAVY DUTY tag?
Our tags are very thick, made out of strong metal and ready to face any harsh environment: rain, salty water, mud, scratches without affecting the engraving details visibility.
Will the tag rust?
Absolutely NOT. All the parts (TAG, rings, splitring, carabiner) are made in pure brass which does not rust.
Does brass tarnish?
Yes, In time brass get a natural patina but will not affect the engraving or the visibility of the engraving.
However, it can be polished in seconds with any household brass cleaning solution.
